Unfortunately, the HR team does nothing to improve the situation. They are divided and those who try to help have no power.
There must be a European HR manager.
More European managers in general and more responsibility for non-Korean staff. Internal language should be English.
Korean managers need to understand European culture.

Almost all communication is in Korean.
For almost all questions, the European employees do not get any information, because it is all in Korean. Some managers do not want to speak to the locals at all. Instead, they go to the Korean expatriates/employees for answering all their questions.

Work-Life-Balance
No home office, the flexible work models means "6 hours minimum and you have to be in the office from 10 to 3 o'clock".
No understanding, if the children are sick, everyone should be in the office, because for the new Korean management - if you are not in the office - you are not working.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Very professional "local" managers, but unfortunately we are getting more and more Korean managers. They are not interested in understanding non-Korean employees/European culture.
