In the team I'm in:great, but other areas strongly need to improve. Between "Locals" in all teams good. But most of the expats have problems wanting to communicate outside of their social environments.

Local to local: outstanding! Korean to European not so good!

Core working hrs ( 10am-3p.m), otherwise Flexible. Currently 3 day minimum office days.

European Manager are doing an excellent job. Korean Managers, no comments...

Good clean offie space, large kitchen for breaks (free coffee). Downside difficult parking situation with many other companies in the area.

Salary I would say above average, and very performance based ( yearly performance evaluation has large impact on annual bonuses). But on the corporate benefits, there is room for improvement
