I really like to work in this clinic even if sometimes it's difficult to manage so many patience alone from medical and psychosomatical perspective. At the start we didn't have enough employees but our Chefarzt did his best to give us a healthy work environment. Now is going definitly better but I guess we still have to work on clear comunication between workers in different roles. Another difficult point to manage is often the lot of bureaucracy. Overall I consider myself happy with this job especially for the collaboration with colleagues and bosses.

thank you for your mostly positive review.
Our clinic in Bad Wörishofen is still rather young, hence the communication might not be as fluent as could be.
But we are constantly striving to improve ourselfs and the expanison of the Bad Wörishofen Clinic will be another opportunity for us to do so.
