Arbeitsatmosphäre

It's a marketing company where marketing rules all decisions. Growth at all costs, especially on the costs of employees

Kommunikation

one of the core values is transparency: this transparency can only found in windows and most of them are actually tinted ;) jokes aside: messages from the leadership board are hold back as long as possible, for example when in January there were a lot of layoffs this was not communicated but rather made to individual problems without saying that it has to do with the companies performance

Kollegenzusammenhalt

everyone in this company is doing their own thing. I have never worked in a company before where you don't greet people in the coffee kitchen, the majority is just a bunch of freshly graduated people, that try to find out in the first interaction if you are higher then them if yes they are nice if no, they ignore

Work-Life-Balance

huge preassure to be always available, superiors that continously answer and send e-mails when being on vacation, a lot of company events but when you don't attend you get called out etc.

Vorgesetztenverhalten

worst ever: micromanaged (send me thing to do, I started working on that immediately 1 hour later another e-mail that he already did it), bitching about other departements and then when talking to these departements being super friendly, not interested in bringing the team together or about team concerns

Interessante Aufgaben

it could be quite interessting tasks if the work environment wasn't that toxic

Gleichberechtigung

from 78 leadership position in my departement, 6 were held by women; and those women needed to act like man in order to hold their position

Arbeitsbedingungen

super loud office: a lot of people liked to take calls in the big area (because way too little meeting rooms) where approximately 100 people sit, so really hard to fokus, at least you could do as much home office as you wanted (which was changed shortly before I left ;)), free seating area but everyone sits at the same area,

Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein

the outer image is the most important thing in the company: as long as this is preserved nothing else matters

Gehalt/Sozialleistungen

super low sallery, agreed upon relocation bonus of 700€ was only paid after 9 months and after several emails

Karriere/Weiterbildung

a budget of 1000€ for personal development per year. Don't take the advice from HR to talk about carrier within the first 6 months: your supervisor might interpret it as threatening and hold you small
