Our location is in the heart of Hamburg, directly at Gänsemarkt. Amazing places for food and drinks and walks around the Alster. The office itself is small and characteristic, serve yourself with the drink you need (there's a big variety for hot and cold beverages) and enjoy our work wether with your colleagues in an office or in a meeting room. Whatever floats your boat.

It's a remote company, but it probably has the best communication setup I've ever seen. The company puts a lot of effort into this, utilizing different tools, methodologies, and promoting open communication. It's a big achievement!
Es gibt regelmäßig unternehmensweite Meetings wo wichtige Neuigkeiten oder Ankündigungen kommuniziert werden.
Am liebsten würde ich hier 6 Sterne geben, denn man weiß immer was zu tun ist und wo das Unternehmen gerade steht durch mehrere wöchentliche Meetings. Abseits von dem Arbeitsalltag sind die Führungspersonen auch immer offen für ein Gespräch.
Gute Kommunikation geht hier über die besten Tools am Rechner hinaus - Die Kolleg:innen bei Heyflow achten auf den richtigen Ton, sind effizient und kommen auch in Meetings auf den Punkt.
Habe selten gesehen, dass so viel Wert auf transparente und direkte Kommunikation gelegt wird. Klar geht ab und zu dann doch noch eine Info unter, aber alles in allem tiptop!
