Make sure the colleagues are happy, especially the one in contact with the guests, that's key to improve a company. It's correct to keep a professional distance, but getting to know personally and include colleagues (especially new ones) as part of the whole team could give tons of tips of what is going sideways and advices on how to improve it.
There was an overall nice work atmosphere. Sometimes stressful but it was due to external factors. Superiors always thank every colleague for their work at the end of every shift
Good image and, subjectively speaking, the reality surpasses the expectations. Many benefits and company takes good care of the workers. Some colleagues are unhappy and speaks badly about the job, but the reality i saw and lived was quite different.
Even when they didn't have enough employees, they made sure we got our holidays and if we don't get it on the right week due to covering absent colleagues, we can get to have it another week. Extra hours are paid.
6 stars if possible. They offer so much opportunities to grow as a professional, a lot of trainings and programs, even online courses.
Very punctual and fair regarding salary. Needs to be double-checked on special occasions like overtime or non-taken holidays, but everything always gets sorted out well and fast.
Everything is very good besides unavoidable (for now) paper and food-waste, which hopefully gets managed well. I am aware that Hilton contributes a lot for world's sustainability as a company, and is quite green i presume.
It took time to really feel "part of the team", quite normal for someone new to the job and doesn't know the tasks very well. NOBODY was ever rude, always respectful and in an orderly manner even when addressing incompetence. The HR and Managers on the other hand were very warm and welcoming since day 1.
I mostly saw young workers around 20-30 years old, can't say much about older people because there were not so many (unless managerial level). But the ones that are there worked well together.
Can't complain. Managers were very kind all the time and helped first hand when in need, making sure everything was going well.
There are training rooms with computers we can use, some printers are a bit old and get jammed occasionally but still work. The place is sparkling clean and very well organised; uniforms, lockers, everything.
Temperature during summer can get quite warm but still cozy.

Quite repetitive after a while but there are a vast variety of tasks even within one department. The tasks were of high responsibility and were important for the ongoing of the whole work process (not just basic desk work like sorting documents, but also editing reports and handling money)
