The interactions between me and the hiring manager went all smooth with a strong positivity tone of getting the job. The last interview went great and the final step was a mere pro forma with a short welcome-onboard kinda chat with the European manager. This "early-next-week-welcoming call" stretched out to two weeks, then three, then four, the five and some. I emailed the HM after week #2 but no answer! This week I emailed him again before I move on with the two job offers I got to then get a short cheesy email stating "though you got my vote, we decided to go with a girl I wish you good luck with your job search".
I don't know what to make of that except for moving on and forget that I'd ever considered this company.
