Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich

- Interesting tasks with variety in job areas.
- Positive initiatives regarding equality and social responsibility.
- Attractive bonus for younger employees.

Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich

- Lack of genuine team cohesion across the company.
- Limited career advancement opportunities in certain departments.
- Average salary with minimal benefits.

Verbesserungsvorschläge

- Improve leadership styles to promote more open communication and a less hierarchical approach.
- Offer more flexibility in career development and create clearer paths for growth across all departments, not just in technical roles.
- Establish a mentorship system with mentors from different departments to foster broader learning and knowledge sharing.

Arbeitsatmosphäre

Extremely poor. The micromanagement from my colleague drove me to the brink. Additionally, the “shadow society” of Korean expats, who form an informal leadership group, often undermines the authority of department heads.

Kommunikation

Communication is one-sided and often overwhelming.

Kollegenzusammenhalt

Neutral. There is a sense of camaraderie within specific groups, but no real team cohesion across the organization. It feels fragmented. Some members of the works council seem to act as an extension of management.

Work-Life-Balance

Neutral. There were periods of overtime during project peaks, which is to be expected in most roles. However, there were also times when the 40-hour workweek felt like it was just being "sat through".

Vorgesetztenverhalten

The leadership was largely absent. My manager was distant and difficult to approach, which made it hard to gain any meaningful guidance or support. In the early stages of one’s career, this kind of management style is detrimental—it stifles learning and growth

Interessante Aufgaben

The tasks are interesting with a variety of exciting areas to work in.

Gleichberechtigung

Despite being in a male-dominated environment, there are positive steps toward equality. It’s clear the company is trying to make improvements in this area.

Umgang mit älteren Kollegen

No complaints here. The company treats older employees fairly, without issues.

Arbeitsbedingungen

A 40-hour workweek is quite rare, but it’s manageable if you accept it. The working conditions themselves are not a major issue.

Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein

The company is taking positive steps in terms of sustainability and social responsibility, particularly with regards to product and CSR initiatives.

Gehalt/Sozialleistungen

Considering the 40-hour workweek, the salary is rather average or slightly below average. Benefits are limited due to the size.

Image

Externally, the company has a very positive image.

Karriere/Weiterbildung

Career progression and professional development are highly dependent on the department. The development and promotion system feels rigid, with little flexibility in advancing careers.
