The complex organizational structure is really not easy to understand, but we are working on it to improve it and also offer formats like Q&A sessions where you can ask questions openly so that everyone in the company can understand it. The tool landscape will also continue to change and, of course, with the hope of further improvement, the most recent example being the switch from Teams to Webex.
