Colleagues are extremely collaborative and also help each other across projects. Absolutely great!

Always trying... You have to be very careful. I have already experienced twice that false information was deliberately passed on during project changes in order to make the project "palatable". Later, when looking at the contract, it turned out that something completely different had been sold months earlier. In particular, communication between the regions is - unfortunately, there is no other way to put it - poor. Within a region, it is very good with regard to regional projects.

Absolutely - but they also require constant development and independent learning. That's why this job may not be suitable for everyone. The company supports you and gives you a lot of freedom. If you take advantage of this - you have a good future in this company.

Depends very much on the project(s) in which you work. Depending on the project, it can be a very strenuous time. Unfortunately, especially in the early days of Corona, the overtime rule was suspended. Additional work was not allowed to be written down, even though in some projects there was no other way. However, this is not the rule and is now back to normal - overtime may be booked and you get compensation (time off or money).
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
Not really assessable. There are probably sustainability programs, such as double demand when ordering new IT equipment, but at the same time the top earners basically only drive A-Class....
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
Lies in the good average. Corona bonuses were paid out. On the other hand, no home office equipment was provided (although required by law) - the bonus was to be used for this purpose. Well...

If you want to further your education and find a suitable training course, you usually always get it approved. That's super!
