I strongly do not recommend. I just want to get out of there. I wish I would have never started there.

The whole management, from lower to upper management, and HR. The approach is suspicion and not trust. How to get as much money and work out of one employee? Other companies are not that extreme.

It is hard to suggest something if things are so thoroughly bad.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
Your work is tracked in the system which automatically is being judged by your superior. What counts are your numbers and not your overall performance. No support or guidance for how to best work, newstarters are being left alone.
Kommunikation
The communication among colleagues and project teams is often very well, the communication from upper management, HR, and functional lead is extremely bad. No transparency about future, you are left in the dark.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
My colleagues were very nice although none of them stayed very long. The turnover is huge!
Work-Life-Balance
Horrible! You are being pressured so much by the high workload that it is impossible to shut off during the weekend or on vacation. The workload is not manageable. Escalation does not help.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Managers are not supportive but judgy and ask why you do not perform as the company goals demand. No onboarding, mentoring or guidance.
Might be different in different departments.
Interessante Aufgaben
The tasks are very nice! I love my work and would have loved to continue for a long time but the workload, the environment and the unsupportive superiors make it impossible.

Okay I guess. I am only surrounded by relatively young people that don´t stay very long.

The environment is okay. Technical euqipment okay. No work from abroad. Home office possible.
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
No sense for climate crisis and refurbishment of equipment.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
Low income. The job is sufficient to get a foot in the door but work is not valued by money. The payment increases only minor after a promotion.
Promotions need a lot of time. The salary promised by HR in the interview process (the salary will increase to xyz after 1 year) did not apply.

Everybody is just complaining. It is hard to bear. A lot of my colleagues changes to competitors and report of better working conditions.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
Hard to move into different departments at the moment. The merger of PRA and ICON make work in Germany difficult. Might change at another point of time or in other countries.
