Its rare that you find a company in my experience where the atmosphere is that almost everyone is genuinely interested and happy to receive a new colleague and support as IFCO.
Everyone I met so far likes working there. I also had one of the best starts in a company thanks to my colleagues and manager.
The company policies are designed to promote work life balance including working from home, a great canteen supported by the company, an office location that is close to the S Bahn and gym.
There are many departments for anyone to grow in the company as they expand. They also have great platforms to enable personnel growth and expansion from formal trainings to attending councils/conferences.

Der Rahmen ist vorgegeben, aber darin hat man viele Möglichkeiten sich zu entfalten und viele spannende Aufgaben zu erledigen.
Top Arbeitgeber? Kann ich nicht glauben bei der Fluktuation in den letzten Jahren!
1) Ob Teilzeit arbeiten erlaubt ist, ist vom Chef abhängig. Möchte er das nicht, dann geht da kein Weg ran.
2) Die Personalabteilung ist bis auf wenige Ausnahmen unprofessionell.
3) Die Wertschätzung fehlt an vielen Stellen.
4) Zielsetzung und -bewertung ist oft sehr einseitig und unfair.
5) Weiterbildungsmöglichkeiten sind sehr beschränkt.
6) An vielen Stellen wird Geld ausgegeben, was man nicht nachvollziehen kann (Berater, Geschäftsreisen, Events.
Bringt den Chefs mal Empathie bei und gebt ihnen eine Anleitung für gute Mitarbeiterführung! Wie einige von ihnen mit Mitarbeitern umgehen, ist unglaublich.
Das hängt ganz von der Abteilung ab, ist aber ok.
Man muss sie sich nehmen! Ginge es nach einigen Vorgesetzten, wären 60-Stunden-Wochen die Norm. Wer sich da nicht durchsetzen kann, arbeitet dann leider zu viel.
Ich habe nie eine Weiterbildung machen dürfen. Irgendwann wurde LinkedIn Learning eingeführt, was ganz ok ist für Basics. Für spezielle Themen, die in bestimmten Positionen gebraucht werden, ist es nichts. Und für diese speziellen Weiterbildungen gibt es kein Budget.
Mit Nachhaltigkeit wirbt ja das Unternehmen. Fraglich ist, ob jede Geschäftreise mit dem Flugzeug unbedingt nötig ist. Das hat in der letzten Zeit ziemlich zugenommen.
Das kommt auf die Abteilung an. Bei mir was das sehr positiv.
Sehr unterschiedlich. Nicht jeder Vorgesetzte ist zum Chefsein gemacht. Meine Erfahrung war eher negativ. Ich hatte 2 Chefs in meiner Zeit bei IFCO.
Das neue Büro ist sehr modern und bietet alles, was man zum Arbeiten braucht. Aber auch ein moderner Arbeitsplatz nützt nichts, wenn der Rest nicht stimmt.
Da wurde in den vergangenen Jahren viel getan. Leider ist man nicht so transparent, wie man sein sollte. In Mitarbeitermeetings wird beschworen, wie toll alles ist. Dass Leute gehen müssen, weil Abteilungen abgeschafft werden, wird da ausgeblendet.
Das hängt von der Abteilung und dem Spielraum ab, den man bekommt. Ich war mit meinen Aufgaben zufrieden.
