I will miss them, unfortunately I needed to go back to my home country, but maybe we'll see each other again :)
Arbeitsatmosphäre
The atmosphere within our team and our manager was amazing, very friendly and always helpful.
Also the administration was very nice and answered very quick to every request.
Kommunikation
We had regular staff meetings and also "Großteams" where we had the possibility to exchange informations. Of course sometimes we didnt have the times, but that is normal if you work with children.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Really good! We were doing teambuildings regularly and had the possibility do give anonymous feedback once a year, which was very helpful. In stressful situations we helped each other and we were like a little family.
Work-Life-Balance
The company tries to give more time at home: you can take two hours every week for your preparation at home. You can also work part time and for mothers with children they always find a way to make it possible.
You get extra holidays on your birthday, get the christmas day and the new years off without using holidays and you get bonus holidays when you are wihtin the company for several years.
They also give you the possibility to use your overhours to take them in complete days, so you also have the possibility to get extra-days.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Our manager was always fair and working very transparent. She was also understanding and tried to find a solution that would make everyone happy.
Also the area managers are very nice and always there to help.
Gleichberechtigung
Unfortunately not a lot of men, but that is not their fault :)
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
There are not a lot of colleagues, who are older.
Arbeitsbedingungen
There is a lack of teachers in overall, but they do have Springer to help out when staff is on vaccation.
It would be great if there are always 3 teachers in one classroom, but its understandable that this is not possible with the current situation.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
The company is paying the Zulagen just as the City Munich. They are very transparent about what you can earn and when. I always got my raise just in time, when it was due.
There is also a christmas bonus, which could be higher, but still better than nothing :)
In the last year they developed nice benefits, which was a great reward!
Karriere/Weiterbildung
We had the possibility to visit trainings regularly, unfortunately the most are only available in German, so for foreigners as me, its hard to join.
For foreigners they really help with the german course, housing and stuff, which is really helpful when you move to Germany!
