The products are half-baked and re-skinned from competition or even themselves. The mid and upper management is just hilarious to watch. People can't handle stress and you will be blamed for everything.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
They should replace most of their Heads and above. Sadly, the Management is what makes this company feel so miserable. Some departments have this more than others, of course.
Employee retention is even worse than on their customers and you will leave after two years or become a kissa** who does long hours and speaks even when you don't have anything meaningful to say.
