Some colleagues are very motivated and supportive towards the companies goals, while some are just doing the least. People’s engagement is driven by the desire for promotion. As soon as they reach senior or higher positions the engagement declines rapidly. We had lot of (often unproductive) meetings each day.
Kommunikation
You get a lot of information but sometimes the most relevant pieces are missing. Management promotes open information sharing but sometimes decisions are still a mystery.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Depends on the team. Most colleagues are very eager to help, some just want to be left in peace. Team events and office events are fun.
Work-Life-Balance
Homeoffice option elevates the work life balance. As long as you provide results (or can act as if you have the results) you can work on flexible schedule.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Depends on your supervisor but lower management appeases you and keeps you down on behave of upper management.
Interessante Aufgaben
Depends on your department but new games seem the be slightly adjusted copies of older games what leaves no room for innovation. If you want interesting tasks you have to create them on your own.
Arbeitsbedingungen
Nice office rooms and cool events, very good food in the “town hall” (but quality declined over the last years).
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
They try to make sustainable decisions. Only when there were layoffs they forgot about social responsibility.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
Salary is fine compared to other in the industry. Some people only stay behind with the company because the salary is very well for the easy work they do.
