Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich

They were sometimes charming and were quite kind to me when I joined. I was paid well, though I was not offered the same bonuses as my male peers, which I found a little irritating; only in manners as I knew they would not come to fruition (they don't offer much in writing).

Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich

They gradually got disrespectful and fired me in a very ungracious way, without warning. They lacked in consistent leadership, which is a pity because I think they're enthusiasm could get through to their employees if they curved their ego. They are in business solely for the money or power, which is too evident and uninspiring.

Verbesserungsvorschläge

Share the vision. Have a plan and follow through. Stop being disrespectful. Get better computers. Make reporting a thing. Concrete processes, ownership, realistic goals and a plan.

Arbeitsatmosphäre

Usually young, impressionable, kind and extroverted colleagues. I liked most people who worked there, but it is competitive. Individual performance is valued above everything. So, just sell to stay employed ( which makes sense, but you need to figure it out on your own).

Kommunikation

In person is fine, but management don't care about feedback. They used private messaging apps, which blurs the line with what is acceptable. I thought it was inappropriate for a company of it's size.

Kollegenzusammenhalt

They are good, probably most replaced by now, but you can't really work with anyone here. Just focus on your own numbers.

Work-Life-Balance

I mean, you can't really sell anything last 6:00 pm, so you go home...

Vorgesetztenverhalten

Made me uncomfortable sometimes. Comments were made that are not in line with the times.

Interessante Aufgaben

Calls all day, every day. They probably called every company in the country more than twice by now.

Gleichberechtigung

Mostly young German men. Okay, the focus on the German market, mostly, but you notice it is also about preferences. Not many (if any) company benefits were provided to attract or enable other kinds of profiles.

Umgang mit älteren Kollegen

Hardly anyone is above thirty. Most are inexperienced and the older people have always worked there.
