As a working student, I get to craft my work hours within a flexible 20-hour workweek, which suits my preferences perfectly. I'm already planning to dive into the 'workation' trend next year, adding a hint of adventure to my work routine. Plus, I've been having a blast exploring new sports every week, thanks to the WellPass program subsidized by the company.
One of the things I really appreciate is theclear work expectations, making my workload manageable. This ensures that I can fully disconnect and recharge during my vacations, coming back to work with a fresh perspective and renewed energy.

I appreciate my team leader's openness to new ideas and diverse perspectives. They provide me with the space to grow and work independently while being available for valuable feedback when needed. The trust placed in me and my work is something I highly value. The work dynamic is consistently enjoyable and fosters creativity, making each day at the office a pleasure :) For sure 5/5!

My role is inherently creative, and I have the freedom to shape my tasks according to my creative instincts. Simultaneously, I'm learning to always improve my skills and deepen knowledge through various courses and experiences, such as the OMR Conference we attended. This dynamic balance between creativity and structured learning by doing is truly fulfilling.
