The atmosphere at ioki is great; Really much inclusive, collaborative product-driven company. Outstanding mindset and leadership, always believing in the best intention of their staff. Besides employees are really much encouraged to work flexible (re time and space) and autonomously

Kommunikation

Good communication with regular company catch-ups to talk about everything relevant. Regular feedback cycles and 1:1´s with respective leads. What I found crucial is that the company has a strong emphasis on Agile methodologies and has a dedicated Agile Coach for each team, ensuring that everyone has support and guidance in their daily work. Additionally, the regular retrospectives provide a forum for open communication and a space for team members to voice their opinions and discuss any relevant issues. This fosters a positive work environment and helps to promote continuous improvement.

Very flexible in time and space- A lot of colleagues enjoy working from home. What I founds crucial is that employees are free to work from abroad (EU) for a limited time

thanks for your fantastic rating.

For us, lifelong learning is very important and we want our employees to be able to develop continuously and provide time and budget for this. Of course, the employee knows best in which area he would like to develop further and only discusses this with his Agile lead. An Agile coach can also support them in developing their skills.
