Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
The work itself, most colleagues were ok. Clients were ok, treating staff better than own managers were treating their staff.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Nepotism is a big problem.
Double standards with salaries and promotions (reserved for employees with connections only).
Abuse of power by the People Leaders(s) , such as humiliations, even in written form, in front of many other colleagues; dividing the team into personal favorates (including personal friends from own country) and non-favorites, big differences with salaries and grades, for exactly the same job; spreading wrong information among non-favorite reportees to other managers to harm the reputation of non-favourite employees.
Promotions only in low cost countries.
A few collegues were making a career for blaming, fingerpointing others in front of the managers, by providing negative feedback for their peers, later on used in a very bad, exaggerated, light for the performance evaluation.
HR Germany was threatening employees in phone calls (nothing in a written form, of course), instead of supporting them. HR Germany always takes side of the Manager, not the employee, even in obvious cases of abuse of power, documented in written form.
Lack of transparency.

Nepotism, double standards and abuse of power must not be tolerated.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
Very low salary, compared to other parts of IQVIA.

I will recommend IQVIA, as it is a very good company, but not IQVIA Biotech. IQVIA Biotech has different salary ranges, much lower.

Only with connections.
