The only thing that is important to top management is the investors and growth.
Everything else i just a vehicle to attain those goals. You as an employee will be used and then discarded as soon as you are not useful anymore.
Every time when there is a company call it becomes clear as day that management has no actual interest in most of their employees and their development.
They promised a 3000 covid inflation bonus but then only paid 1500 and instead of it being tax free, it was taxed fully. Never mentioned the missing 1500 again.
They said they'd review the (non existent) benefits but then completely swept the topic under the rug and never mentioned it again.
Stuff like this happens all the time and is very noticeable. It is now very hard to believe a single word the c levels say.

Stop gaslighting your employees.
Stop telling them that "we are championsleague" while not paying championsleague salaries or offering championsleague benefits.
STOP asking for 120% effort while not offering ANYTHING in return.
YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. NOT MORE NOT LESS.
In 3 years at jedox i didn't have a single HR check in call. Nothing, zero interest by HR.
Instead you get company surveys that have no effect on anything.
Don't be surprised if people join jedox, realize that it has zero potential for them and then just milk the cow until it's dry.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
In the past 3 years every 6 to 9 months a large number of people were laid off. People are in fear of loosing their jobs constantly.
People get hired and then fired within the first month very regularly.
Kommunikation
Jedox has the by far worst company calls i have ever experienced.
The way the Top management talks to and about their employees is ofteen concerning.

That probably depends a lot on the position and department you are in

direct teamleads can be nice but have zero power to influence anything. top management is, except for one person, absolutely unlikeable and questions about raises, benefits or anything carreer wise will never be answered straight forward.

There are quite a few colleagues that are older.

i guess the office is ok. most of the company is working remote anyway.

There are no initiatives at all.

i started with a good salary, but there has been near to no improvement since then. inflation is eating up all raises and there are seemingly no ways to actually negotiate a raise. You can tell them what you'D like but it doesn't matter at all. You have zero influence on your career, except for when you know the right people, as usual.

jedox likes to tell everyone that they are "championsleague" but the reality is that jedox is tiny and a niche product. Noone hears "jedox" and thinks "yeah thats a company i want to work at".
And if they did, then the harsh reality sets in within the first weeks.

Absolutely zero interest in helping me evolve, no interest in advancing my career.
