No toxicity at all. Everybody is friendly and welcoming!
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
First Sales teamlead (interim) was great 9.5/10.
Second one, who came from her maternity leave: 3/10.
Second one was friendly, but she gave not the best advices on how to work with the tools and also write your emails and basically contradicting what your first teamlead said - who by the way gave much better and useful advices.
First teamlead:
-Do not put too many contacts at once into the (sales) software, as you put "too much weight on your shoulders."
-Only convert contacts from people in key positions, such as talent acquisition etc.
-Don't use colored texts in E-Mails as it reads like an advertisement or spam.
Second teamlead:
-The goal is to put as many contacts into the software as possible
-Put even people's contacts into the (sales) software, who are colleagues because they may read this and refer JobTeaser to their HR colleagues. (Resulting in overstressing the software's capacity to reach out to other contact's emails of that domain and creating unnecessary workload for yourself).
-Use our company's colors, if you write emails, to make it look more professional and uniform - which basically made the emails look more like spam.
And also: I think it would not be a bad idea to pay for all your employees teamdinners, when people in higher positions participate (Teamleads, CSO etc.)
