I regret my experience with this company and feel compelled to share my concerns. During my employment, I was presented with a termination agreement under the guise of a mutual resolution, even though I was not the one resigning. This situation was deeply unsettling as it was my first time encountering such a process, and I was not adequately informed about its implications. As a result, I was ineligible for "Arbeitslosengeld" (unemployment benefits), leaving me in a difficult financial and emotional position.

The company appeared more concerned with avoiding additional costs to the government than with taking responsibility for the termination. This lack of transparency and support was both unprofessional and disheartening.

Additionally, there is a strong culture of prioritizing clients above all else, even when their behavior towards employees is disrespectful or outright demeaning. While the company presents itself as professional and employee-focused on the surface, my experience showed a stark contrast, revealing an organization primarily driven by revenue at the expense of its workforce's well-being.

Employees are often placed in projects where they are subjected to poor treatment, and there is little to no intervention or support from management. The company’s unwillingness to prioritize employee welfare or establish a respectful and supportive work environment is extremely disappointing.

I would caution anyone considering employment here to thoroughly investigate and ensure they understand the company's practices and priorities before making a decision.
