A lot of understanding is shown, and it even feels genuine at first. But after a while and countless poor decisions, you lose the patience to keep listening to the same repetitive words. The team leads have no real say in management decisions—or don’t even try. The executive team is completely detached, meeting with us only four times a year, and those meetings are just about keeping the mood upbeat. No one dares to address the real issues.
