Lies mixed with passive aggressiveness. Unbelievably toxic local leadership.

None, zero. You have to learn everything yourself from 100s of slack channels.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
People are generally ok but there is a fair amount of backstabbing.
Work-Life-Balance
As Switzerland is an afterthought to an afterthought and the local management is always on holidays, or pretending to work on some urgent tasks, you end up working max 3-4 h per day.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Minus 5 stars. Local management had cases brought forward to HR for abuse, lies and negligence. All were magically resolved by his manager who is also his close friend.
