I can say a good company with weak strategy and lot of money burning with externals , you might think everyone is confused because of leadership team .team leads only focus on politics and show off

Politic , Discrimination , no opportunity for non-German employees for getting better roles-if you want to quit , egal !!! no one cares and no one stops you that means you wont feel here as second home or at least secure place to work

you need a real HR not only for payment and recruiting but also for employee engagement and performance management plus define a career path for people- you need to digest other cultures in your leadership and management . IT needs agility and needs productive people not only planning and planning!!!
