Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich

I can say a good company with weak strategy and lot of money burning with externals , you might think everyone is confused because of leadership team .team leads only focus on politics and show off

Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich

Politic , Discrimination , no opportunity for non-German employees for getting better roles-if you want to quit , egal !!! no one cares and no one stops you that means you wont feel here as second home or at least secure place to work

you need a real HR not only for payment and recruiting but also for employee engagement and performance management plus define a career path for people- you need to digest other cultures in your leadership and management . IT needs agility and needs productive people not only planning and planning!!!
lack of team work and team spirit which caused by team leads as many of them have no leadership experience or have no knowledge about how to deal with ppl

political behavior in leadership overshadows progressive strategies, and discrimination based on gender, nationality, and tenure is prevalent,it can be the best IT company if instead of change and planning , for a while focusing of root causes

many ongoing projects, collaboration with other teams that can be challenge but also increase knowledge

career advancement opportunities are limited for German Employees and not other nationalities in leadership roles, except few ppl. you might be more experienced and expert that many of team leads but who cares!

they receive much better salary and also more support
