The downfall of a german brand!
Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich

Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
The move from Allach to Parsdorf has resulted in many good employees resigning. There is no end to the wave of fluctuation. There is a shortage of employees in production because Parsdorf is geographically very unfavorably located. The management wants all employees - despite a company agreement with 3 days in the office and 2 days "mobile working" - to come to the office every day. Some employees have to travel more than 100 km each way. Especially for employees with children, this is not feasible. There is a travel allowance and commuter buses, both not the best solution.
No vision or strategic direction, just short term and bad decisions that hurt the company even more. Lack of trust, lots of control and micromanagement from top leadership. No decisions are made but postponed. Constant management changes with people who have no connection to the company, the industry or to the brand. Poor interaction of top management with executives and lack of appreciation.
Poorly organized company. The last re-organization obviously didn't work, but those in charge persist with this decision, despite losses, high employee fluctuation and now another big wave of layoffs. Error culture @ Krauss
