Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
nice little surprises and presents, we got 12 great presents during this year, also special payment at the end of the year, work in a very dynamic environment, interesting tasks, you can also change places, apply to meet another laboratory at another location, management is very friendly and kind, if you are a foreigner they will help you with flat search, and pay for travel costs to Berlin (up to 750 Euro), they also provide help if you need to get your foreign degree recognized... I find that excellent, many other companies just leave you on your own.

More vacation days (for example Medilys Hamburg will give its employees 40 days vacation starting from next year!!!), salary also must go up, I think it will attract young people to apply and to stay on the end, to raise surcharge for work on weekends, holidays and nights.

At least at my job location :) Don't know how it looks like somewhere else.

Hmm... I don't get why for example someone from human resources gets Corona bonus (Corona Prämie). As far as I know, they can use this option to work from home but even if they don't, they are not present in the lab. In my opinion, they shouldn't get anything or at least way less in comparison to MTLAs who are constantly in the lab. The same I think for the doctors, they are just in their offices, don't see the point of getting corona bonus.
And of course TVöD for Charite/Vivantes colleagues and lower salary foR Labor Berlin. I think that is the reason why many people leave, and are unhappy at their workplace.
30 days of vacation is NOT enough for us who work in shifts (I assume people in human resources also have 30 days which is very degrading to us since they don't work weekends, nights, and holidays).
