It is hard for colleagues to communicate openly due to a sense of gas-lighting culture. Multiple current and former employees, including myself, are led to believe that they are the problem, that they are alone in feeling misled and mistreated. In this setting, no one feels comfortable speaking up.
Work-Life-Balance
If taken on as an Employee (Freelancers have slightly more autonomy, though in my experience they are treated like Employees given the non-competition clause prevents Specialists from taking other contracts) the owners have repeatedly in the past, and may continue to, exploit your time and expect exponentially more than what is written in the contract.

Working with an international community was the one perk of this job. I was grateful to connect with and learn from Specialists all over the globe.

From my perspective, there is questionable financial management given Linden claimed, at least during my time, that they barely made a profit. This did not add up with employees' concerns regarding the founders' personal paychecks.
