Questionable, at best. For a company that talks endlessly of its 15+ "values," not a single one is put in place.

Please consider treating your employees and freelancers with the kindness and fairness your values state, but I never once saw.

For a company that puts so much emphasis on their values, I have never felt more shunned, deceived, nor manipulated by an employer.
Work-Life-Balance
If taken on as an Employee (Freelancers have slightly more autonomy, though in my experience they are treated like Employees given the non-competition clause prevents Specialists from taking other contracts) the owners have repeatedly in the past, and may continue to, exploit your time and expect exponentially more than what is written in the contract.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
It is hard for colleagues to communicate openly due to a sense of gas-lighting culture. Multiple current and former employees, including myself, are led to believe that they are the problem, that they are alone in feeling misled and mistreated. In this setting, no one feels comfortable speaking up.

I wish I could give this 0 stars. I have never met more condescending, unkind, passive-aggressive, employers.

I have never felt more isolated nor taken advantage of in any of my previous working environments.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
From my perspective, there is questionable financial management given Linden claimed, at least during my time, that they barely made a profit. This did not add up with employees' concerns regarding the founders' personal paychecks.
Gleichberechtigung
The employers seem to have one or two favorite employees, and cannot seem to judge conflict fairly given this bias.
Interessante Aufgaben
Working with an international community was the one perk of this job. I was grateful to connect with and learn from Specialists all over the globe.

Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Intrapreneurship and taking part in strategic thinking is welcome at Linden. I experience that there is lots of room for creativity & innovation, opportunities for personal professional development, and for moving towards the areas that are interesting for the individual are given. I have been with the Linden team for more than two years now and I always got the feeling that the environment is welcoming and supportive. The team is diverse and international - each specialist is excellent in what they do. There is full trust from leadership, and freedom that lets you work at your best. All in all, for me: one of the best places I have worked for so far & I am excited to grow further, together with Linden.

As with any small organization experiencing rapid growth, there is often more vision and work to do than staff. This opens up the opportunity to improve in creating boundaries and dividing roles and responsibilities better. This is part of the exciting growth phase of a company. The Leadership team is always open for feedback and creative solutions which is so key.
