Going forward means going backwards @ Lingoda
Arbeitsatmosphäre
Not good. Constant pressure from different sites without clear focus or commitment from management. You get one task on Monday morning and on Tuesday afternoon it becomes irrelevant (or is not so important anymore) and a new topic/task is created.
Kommunikation
Communication is there but not channeled and it gets confusing. Dozens of different Messanger Channels turns Information gathering into hours of research. Different people give different answers on the same question. No one has the total overview.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Depends on the colleagues. Like in all companies you have nice co-workers and not so nice co-workers. Overall a lot of smiling but you get the real opinion of someone only if you know the person better.
Work-Life-Balance
Thanks to Home-Office.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Constant changes of middle management is a huge topic here. If you are lucky you get a Manager who cares. If not that is your problem. I got the feeling feedback to management is not welcome if it is not positive.
Interessante Aufgaben
Repetitive daily work. Sometimes you can get extra tasks like creating an Excel Sheet or a 1 to 2 page presentation.
Gleichberechtigung
Normal like any company in a capital of a country.
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
Im not aware of any „older“ (past 40) colleagues. (Not counting C-Level)
Arbeitsbedingungen
Home Office is your own responsibility but the office itself is an open plan office with call boxes and some meeting rooms which you have to book days in advance. Unfortunately there is always some Handyman in the building since other floors are in constant modification. (e.g. drilling machines)
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
It was fair.
Image
Nice from the outside, not so much from the inside
