In a process of transformation for several years. Many more hierarchies added, no overview in management, non-transparent communication, very burocratic with low efficiency. The working style of some top managers is terrible.
Everything is really decentralised and communication doesn't flow.
Also, as the company grows, individual career opportunities are left behind.

Will nicht gemein sein, also sage ich lieber nichts. Seit meinem Weggang hat sich viel verändert, also hoffe ich nur zum Guten. :)
Außerdem finde ich das ständige reporten von Bewertungen hier etwas komisch, nur damit diese offline geschaltet werden.
Mitarbeiter, die überdurchschnittliches leisten sollten auch entsprechend entlohnt werden. Dieses Aufteilen des Budgets auf die Köpfe ist echt nicht sehr motivierend, für die jenigen, die Vollgas geben und nur ein kleines bisschen mehr Gehalt bekommen, als de Kollege, der sich gar nicht reinhängt und nie einen Beitrag leistet aber trotzdem irgendwie eine Gehaltserhöhung bekommt.Wo der Sinn?
- Den Mitarbeitenden mehr Vertrauen schenken und sie ernst nehmen, bevor sie kündigen
- Die Kriterien beim Recruiting von Vorgesetzt*innen verschärfen und deutlich strenger prüfen
- Modernere Tools nutzen und einführen und die manuellen Prozesse ersetzen. Es wird echt Zeit :D

Es wird viel Deutsch gesprochen und Dokumente auch auf Deutsch erstellt. Wenn Kollegen dabei sind, die kein Deutsch sprechen, wird natürlich Rücksicht genommen, aber trotzdem so richtig wohl würde man sich als Expat nicht fühlen, wenn viele Kollegen nicht so gut Englisch sprechen.
Im Bereich Frauenförderung gibt es ein paar spannende Initiativen, aber immer noch leider zu wenig weibliche Führungskräfte.
Der am schlechtesten bewertete Faktor von Lucanet ist Kommunikation mit 3,2 Punkten (basierend auf 84 Bewertungen).
Mostly top-down communication. Feedback which is gathered by engagement surveys is hardly acted upon. Creates a feeling of feedback not being taken seriously.
Weiterhin ein Thema, welches ausbaufähig ist, auch wenn es viel besser geworden ist.
Die Kommunikation war finde ich sehr unklar und häufig gab es keine richtige.

Internal training courses and LinkedIn learning are offered, but it’s difficult to get external training. It's hard to work your way up.
