great if you are EU citizen.
Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Food and workplace
Arbeitsatmosphäre
It depends on the team. Some teams are conservative. There are older employees who hold more power than the CEO. It's clear which departments are favored. Even though the company has international offices, the Hamburg office is not international. You'll have great food and a good salary, but you shouldn't expect more. Be careful with HR.HR will not be helpful and they watch out for the company only.
Kommunikation
There are townhalls and you can just go talk to C level people . Of course there chatters during lunch and information is not shared evenly.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
People who wanted to leave have already left, so if you're new, good luck breaking into the existing circle of employees.
Work-Life-Balance
There are pressure but overall chill.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
I have not seen good supervisors. There is no concept of mentorship—everyone looks out for themselves. It could be considered selfishness, but it's completely normal here.
Interessante Aufgaben
Managers tend to hoard interesting tasks for themselves.
Gleichberechtigung
This exists in other branches but not in the Hamburg branch.
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
Good luck if you just join.
Arbeitsbedingungen
Good location, but there are air quality and noise issues. However, it’s a modern workplace with good IT facilities.
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
On paper
Karriere/Weiterbildung
You just need to stick around longer. Experience from other big-name companies is valued more than the experience of current employees.
