Only the personal commitment and trust of employees at the base still holds the company together. There is hardly no trust left in the line managers and upper as well as top management.
Work-Life-Balance
The work can only be accomplished with a lot of effort, but the last mile, which cannot be quantified in terms of distance, is being covered by fewer and fewer employees. Swap working time for money.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Meetings and reviews are not to be taken seriously if a qualified assessment of employees is to be made. Even the definition of OKRs is not in the spirit of the inventor, therefore I make the world as I like it.
