Thanks for your comment, I think it is important to address some of the points that you mentioned, because we would like to create an atmosphere where more context is being provided for one to be able to build a proper understanding of an issue.

1) I am sorry to hear that you perceived that the atmosphere as of end of 2021 as not so nice as it used to. In my perspective the spring of 2022 was actually the best time Masterplaners ever had. We had gone to Prague, the team spirit was amazing and based on our engagement surveys and the feedback from our talents, people felt that our culture and atmosphere was next level. However, I understand that when the leads you had from the beginning on at Masterplan leave, then the atmosphere changes for you and is probably getting you out of your comfort zone.

2) You pointed work-life balance as a good point at Masterplan, thanks for sharing that feedback. However, the fact that you admit to working 1 hour a day and nobody said anything is only shows that we have trust base working culture and working times, at the end what matters is your output. In this situation, it is only visible what your work attitude has been to perceive working one hour a day as a positive thing for you and your impact into the organisation.

3) Talent Development - at Masterplan, we look into development very seriously, we have two performance development cycles, where we look into the progression path of each individual and customised development paths are being created. We make sure to promote those employees that have put efforts and have shown strong results in the previous six months. We put development also in the hands of the talents, so if you perceive that you did not manage to progress, I am really sorry to hear, but I believe you had a strong career path from SDR to AE in the time at Masterplan. Would be great to hear what more we could have done to support your development.
