Arbeitsatmosphäre
A very mixed bag of colleauges. Some want to bring the company forward and identify with the brand behind it (Mercedes). Some don't want to be in automotive and have no connection to their work.
Kommunikation
Communication is terrible at best, mostly non-existing. Many meetings and town halls are confused for real communication from leadership that attacks problems head-on.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Some are just here to work actively against any progress. Quite bad across the project.
Work-Life-Balance
Some can't "find" enough work to fill their day. The rest is doing 50-60 hours per week. It's a joke that 45 hours/week is "included". Only then overtime can be accrued. The competition is having 35/hour weeks.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Again a mixed bag here. Some good leadership, some that got into a position of power with no vetting. These people destroy the atmosphere.
Interessante Aufgaben
The topics would be very interesting if they would not be torpedoed by workday drama.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
Crazy how uneven the salary distribution is. Right now it is best to push and blackmail the company for more money. It works. If you don't do it you leave money on the table.
