There are barely any people with management background in the company, who actually know how to structure processes, facilitate progress and take decisions. As a result, the company is, from my view, a mess where very little progress takes a lot of time.

Gleichberechtigung

All common meeting are in German even though there are around 20-30% of international employees, many do not speak German well enough to participate or understand.

Arbeitsbedingungen

Company culture is very relaxed, a lot of people work part-time and remote.

Karriere/Weiterbildung

Company culture doesn't encourage career ambitions.
You had more chances to move up if you had started with the company earlier, but currently they don't incentivize employees to work harder.
