I like how everyone never hesitates to help. Being self-organised is really one of the most important qualities about MB.io. The company also supports a great feedback culture which I believe is a great motivator for people to work harder. Also getting appreciated when you deserve it makes a huge difference.

Everyone jumps to help whenever you need it and as soon as possible.
Interessante Aufgaben
I had very interesting tasks. I learned a lot and always had challenges to develop myself more.
Arbeitsbedingungen
The office is great. You are provided with everything you need from day one. Only downside is that it is sometimes a little bit noisy due to the open space office.
