I have recently left Miltenyinow, and based on my personal experience, I believe that there is room for improvement in the onboarding process. There were numerous aspects that a new employee might not be aware of, and I felt that tasks should have been explained more comprehensively, along with clear expectations. During my onboarding, I often felt left to figure things out on my own, which was not ideal. However, I must acknowledge that the company's atmosphere was generally positive.
