On certain project phases it can be sometimes difficult to be always on. time with your family but with home office you have still the possibilities. Also weekend work is never requested and very rarely on your own choice.

Depends one the role and project but usually here you can do also fancy stuff but it must be fitting to the culture of doing things on a high maturity level because Mindcurv is operating the stuff they build and is interested in have long term relationships with the clients.

The is room for improvement on the social media and conference are. I could think of writing more articles, more youtube, more conferences.

There are more chances than in most companies. If you willing to step up it's up to you. But you need to take care also mostly by yourself. If you want to have a fixed lame planned carrer other companies are the better choice.
