Nobody's perfect but overall the atmosphere is very welcoming and individual people and their perspectives matter. It's not just a money printing machine.

Knowledge exchange across teams could be better. Current project culture leads to siloed teams with little interaction.

Some people work more than others but it's ultimately a result of their own choices. Nobody is forced to work overtime.

It's sometimes difficult to get people's attention but once you have it, everybody listens and does their best to act in your interests.

Depends heavily on the project. If you get stuck with a customer that doesn't thrill you, you may have to suck it up for a while until you can switch.
