In some teams you can learn a lot, but you always worry your work is not being recognised as you are not Korean.
Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Chance to change within the team and learn new things.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
HR team seems helpless quite often and gives unfriendly answers.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
Consider a better system for overtime. Maybe allow for more flexibility days.
Why are people having much overtime? Maybe hire more people where necessary.
Don’t cut work from home, for some colleagues, depening on the job more home office would be appropriate
Arbeitsatmosphäre
Head Quater agrees with you for one meeting and in the next your ideas are not being recognised anymore, processes are not lived, which makes it hard to get some jobs done.
Kommunikation
A lot of information is kept from the relevant people in Europe. Important information is not shared in English.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
The European team is brilliant, so far in all departments I worked with
Work-Life-Balance
During corona home office was 100%, after it was cut down to 10 days a month. Sure there are some companies with 0 days, but it seems that this is HR‘s goal, they continue to make it harder for the employees.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Some managers are brilliant, others not so much, colleagues in different teams were told they’d get a promotion soon and then external people were hired for the job
Interessante Aufgaben
Depending on your position and your team.
Gleichberechtigung
If you were not born in Korea your life is harder here, if you speak Korean it’s a bit easier generally some people are given more benefits than others
Arbeitsbedingungen
New offices, lots of windows, temperature regulation is not brilliant, due to huge offices it’s fairly loud. Parking can be complicated which makes getting to work hard.
