A lot of room for improvement. Work done in Europe is regularly disregarded by Korean counterparts.

Jobs are oversold in the interviews, a lot of opportunities and freedom in work are promised, but due to working with headquarter the freedom is often cut short.
Not getting feedback especially from the HR department when handing in requests. Example: Some forms are needed to work abroad and after handing in the request you don’t know if you will receive the form timely, till you receive it. A quick feedback saying your case is worked on would be appreciated.
Some people that have been working for Mobis for a long time seem to have more rights/opportunities.
Getting work phones for Europeans is basically not possible but any Korean person in mobis Germany has one. In general the dis balance in the treatment of Europeans vs Koreans.

Parking situation is not great. More home office for those who are not needed in the office would help with this. Project managers for example who have plenty of meetings every day are better off to work in home office, as they will not disrupt the work of everyone else in the open floor plan offices as much.
Hire more people in HR and best people with relevant studies and/ot experience.
Give headquarter cultural training about Europeans like the colleagues in Europe get Korean cultural training.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
Some teams are growing very fast and some new employees don’t integrate but stick to colleagues from the same cultural background, which is sad. Exchange of knowledge is very important but does not happen enough this way.
Kommunikation
Communication within the teams in Europe does not always work well, as some team members don’t know what others are doing, roles are not well enough defined to know who to talk to.
Communication with headquarter is partly impossible because some colleagues do not speak English well enough to be understood,
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Within the teams are smaller groups, that partly are holding together, some cultural groups are sticking together, but as a whole it feels like a lot of people are left alone.
Work-Life-Balance
Being able to start work at 6am and finish by 15:00 is very nice. 10 days of home office are ok but more flexibility would be nice as for some colleagues, depending on the job more would be better.

Depending on the department the bosses are ok or even better.
Interessante Aufgaben
More and more customer project, so work is interesting, depending on the department, the team in headquarter might not allow the European team to really do the job they were hired for.
Gleichberechtigung
Not sure about this one, HR say it does not matter if you are male or female, but it does not feel like it.
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
In General the Team is fairly young, older colleagues should have an advantage dealing with headquarter, as some Koreans are still very traditional and have high respect for people older than themselves
Arbeitsbedingungen
Open floor plan at least in most departments, if you have loud colleagues around you it can get hard to concentrate.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
Salaries are okay, food vouchers are provided, snacks are available in the “canteen”.
