sometimes work environment is very stressful and even toxic because of colleagues being under immense pressure of last minute vague task requests from the management or other departments

the appraisal/grading/promotions system needs improvement so that people stay longer. recruitment in some departments needs to be improved so that there is not so much employee turnover.

they have attempted improvements and aligning with market average. however, christmas and vacation bonus is included in the annual gross salary. so it decreases the net monthly salary
