Favouritism. This is ridiculous and boring. just cancel the award or find a better system for people to receive awards by maybe a points system. something else.

I have been 5 years in Mobis and I see always it is General Affairs winning every year something. in this case I do not see why the GA win best employee of the year. This deserved to go to someone who makes a big difference. There are many engineers, people that bring money and ideas to the company. to be honest, but most of GA is rude and need training on professionalism. They have power problem. maybe you should write a list of what these persons actually achieved. It is getting boring. I ask for something, they just say come back later without looking for smiling. very unprofessional
