The general work environment is stressful beyond limit. Driven by the management team that pushes the team to achieve unrealistic goals, that is typically followed by broken compensation promises. It has become a revolving door of a company that would not care to keep its best talent.
Kommunikation
A complete disconnect between upper management, project management, team management and the employees. Upper management lives in a dream world where all their visions are going to be engineering marvels. Project management exists but is usually managing wrath levels of management. Team-level management is the most disconnect and ineffective bunch, most are not qualified to lead.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
One of the most dynamic set of engineers I ever worked with. They would deliver if properly managed and when they do not have to struggle with the stress of unrealistic expectations from all sorts of bosses.
Work-Life-Balance

Vorgesetztenverhalten
Management is horrendous. The most stubborn and inflexible bunch of people that never take criticism well. You are a huge threat if you are not aligned to their unrealistic gials. They expect loyalty, but do not respect their employees. You would be forced to deal with their personalities than actual content during management meeting. This is the most toxic part of the company that created a culture of gossiping, backbiting and dirty tricks. Doomed!

Gleichberechtigung
Well, there is the gender factor, country of origin factor, golden-tongue factor, etc. Sort of a universal trend, not specific to Mynaric, but they have not proactively tried to address it. Forget equality, don’t be fooled by the photo ops.
