The whole NavVis atmosphere is open and most colleagues are nice. But some leaders could be lack of leadership.

1. Most of the core group members from start-up time are group leaders. NavVis should invest more to train leadership because not everyone can be a good leader and a leader makes a lot of impact on the organization.
2. conflicts between managing directors should be solved by themselves. More structured and clear guidelines should be given from MD level.

The communication is not good.
The business is in general still a little bit wild style. Very often decisions are made without any communication.
often communication doesn’t lead to anywhere because there is a core group from the start up time and they rather rely on each other.
Conflicts between managing directors are not solved directly between them rather pressuring other departments to achieve their goal. These departments are like squeezed sandwiches to receive pressure from different MDs.

It is not about performance but rather trust of the boss.

Most old colleagues are really nice. There are some exceptions who could really create unfriendly or even hostile environments.
