This point is one of the best advantages of working for NavVis. People respect your personal time and each others schedules. For parents it's a great workplace, since you can always talk to your manager and colleagues about special arrangements, that work for you and the company. Also, people are never blamed or kept as outcasts when they have children and require some flexibility.

I think i earn fairly. Even if another company offers more money, I don't feel like giving away what I have at NavVis for it. NavVis offers a lot of perks to the employees.
