There is a very nice, professional and respectful atmosphere when working with my colleagues. People take care of each other and help each other out wherever possible.

Work-Life-Balance
The 40 hour work week at the client is challenging at times. Personally I can fit most Netlight related stuff in there but think that a little less time working at the clients would benefit the whole company as more time and energy would go towards internal initiatives.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
While there are no official superiors more senior colleagues act as mentors and coaches. I never had the feeling that I was urged to do something that I did not want and was always treated very well.
Interessante Aufgaben
Assignments are mostly very interesting as Netlight tries to avoid pure technical assignments and focuses on projects and clients where the consultants can have a lasting impact. Some projects are "necessary evils" trying to create more trust with a client to open up more interesting projects with them. I was informed beforehand if a project might fall in that category. During Corona it sometimes felt like the quality standards for projects was lowered due to a fear of low utilisation rates of the consultants.

We finally have a high quota of female hires but there is a leaky funnel towards more senior levels.

The business model depends on hiring junior people who are willing to put a lot of time and energy into their work. Many people leave before or soon after getting children.
