High pressure from management and many employees just listen to Chinese tasks and do them.

From time to time townhall meetings and messages from co-founders Li Hong and William Li but no open communication culture to create transparency and trust in difficult times.

Excellent support between the colleagues.
Work-Life-Balance
High Workload as usual in a start-up company but as more an more experienced colleagues are leaving it is continuously more workload for experienced colleagues.

Arbeitsbedingungen
Office was 1st in a superb location in Bogenhausen but business moved then to Gräfelfing which is reachable in 50min from central station. Gräfelfing office is in an industrial park with few restaurants but office offers everzthing which is needed.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
When I joined it was extremely competitive but due to low sales volume and more Chinese ev manufactures entering it has changed.
