Wenig Kommunikation über die allgemein Situation
- Other teams across Germany were extremely helpful, especially Human Resources and Business and People Partner
- However, I have never felt included in the team on which I was working. Maybe because I am not German. This is an addition to the attitude given by a certain colleague from time to time.
- The direct manager was not reachable to contact.
- I was receiving tasks from other colleagues only (not my manager) and have never received constructive feedback.
- I can indeed recommend it to anyone but not for the position of an intern.
Since 2019 there have been layoffs every single year... more to come. This company is just not able to do successful business...
Stop wasting so much money on travels, NIO houses, overpaid people etc.
Sometimes it feels like you're unknowingly participating in some kind of prank show or in "the office"...
You have a team that continuously replaces itself as almost everyone still resigns within the probationary period, an HR Executive who gossips with the Executive Assistant about other people's private lives, an Office Manager who pretends she is the Office Queen, unqualified managers from the early years who will never leave as they know they will never find such an overpaid job again...
Throwing an "ugly sweater party" and Christmas parties to "cheer up" the employees who were not let go in the first round of layoffs will not improve the atmosphere.
One should not just join for the high salary... it's just not worth it.
Often very unprofessional
There is just no or poor communication

Team members are cool
There are too few meeting rooms.
The "last minute" communication style is really disappointing

"The last minute" communication style is truly disappointing.
It feels like China does not trust the employees in the EU and the managers are not proactively changing it.
So verdient kununu Geld.
